"We got there late, a late check-in. Just the person checking us in was there no one to help with our bags up to the third floor. I was called that morning and told the elevator was out, but there would be plenty of guys to help. It was myself 73 year-old female and my daughter and her two young girls seven and nine. It wasn’t great trying to get up all those stairs. I understand the elevator was out, but in that case, you need to have at least one guy on duty to help with bags at all times."

"We had to stay here with a loved one up at the hospital. Nice to be right in the backyard of the hospital with excellent cleanliness for hospital guest to get some rest in. "

Got in around 8:30 for check in and had to wait 10 minutes for the front desk worker to deal with some people who wanted a drink from the Starbucks that is attached to the front desk? Probably need two people if that’s going to be open. Room was cool and unique but bathroom fan didn’t work and shower had broken(ish) showerhead which is a bummer in that expensive of a room. Overall nice though!"
