"Room is simple very basic. Two electrical outlets in the room. Plus an additional one in the bathroom. No cooling system, so the drapes need to be drawn to avoid overheating. Property is three stories without an elevator. Staff really accommodating in locating you on a lower floor on request. Staff was very personably and knew me by name.
