"The traffic sucks to get to this place. 5 trips around the blocks because the GPS would have us make a turn then give us 4 or 5 more turns to make. If we hadn't had reservations we wouldn't have stayed there. Very nice once we got there. Receptionist was fantastic. The only reason I have it 4 starts is because of the difficulty of getting the."

"By far the best hotel we’ve stayed at in the city of Guatemala. We’ve stayed in 4 different ones nearby and this has exceeded our expectation. The other hotels are nice but the bed was always hard and that’s a big deal breaker. We’d leave hurting from our backs and hips after staying in those hotels. This hotel is beautiful, clean and great service. We had their buffet breakfast which was superb. "
