"Absolutely amazing spot! The room was stocked with dishes and toiletries. The bed was incredibly comfortable. I was a huge fan of having live plants in the room. It was such a great stay and host communication was exceptional! I could go on and on about how much I loved this trip. It will definitely be a vacation my husband and I talk about for years to come. "

"Overall great apt! Communication was great! Check in wasn't ideal- requested early check in- 1 hour, as we had an athletic event that started at check in. It didn't work out- which is fine, but getting keys late at night and being approached by a few men asking for money wasn't a good start. Floors/counters could have been cleaned better. "This property is well-cared for and well provided. Kitchen had everything we needed for meal prep, including several spices. Furniture and beds were clean and comfortable. Third-floor balcony looks out north, which is a plus in hot summer months. Had an issue with HVAC which the managers fixed immediately—they were very responsive and easy to work with. Neighborhood is upscale and modern. Lots of shops and restaurants within easy drive. Would definitely stay there again!"

"Very spacious room downtown Pella. Walking distance to any venue downtown, to include eateries. Follow owner's instructions regarding parking. Arriving after dark made parking a challenge."

"Property was nice but had street noise and bright light from street even though there were blinds. Suggest light blocking shades. Also, check in indicated picking up key fob and then parking in ramp. We parked in the ramp but found it difficult to find apartment through skywalk We went back outside on the street level to enter the building. Maybe this just needs to be explained better. "

"Dan was incredibly communicative and quick to respond to any questions, which made the experience smooth and stress free. The space itself was spotless and beautifully maintained, with a stunning view of the city that made it even more special. It’s clear that Dan truly cares about his guests’ satisfaction! "Was perfect for what I was looking for. A place to relax away from life for the weekend. The only downside was the stairs, with bad knees I just took it slow, but had read other reviews about them so was prepared. The owner was very good about communicating everything in an easy to follow way."

"Overall it was perfect for our team. We were able to take the skywalk pretty much all the way to the event center. Could have been a little cleaner but overall great. We will stay here again next year! "
