"The property was as advertised and in great shape. Perfect place for downtown Des Moines and good communication from host on checking in and out. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is that outside of the loft and the first floor bedroom it could have used some auxiliary heating due to the cold. Since it was january a lot of cold air gets in through the window which isn't the fault of the host but just be prepared. We would use it again despite this. "

"This location was so close to some great areas downtown in DSM, couple blocks from the sculpture park and a couple minutes from the Hoyt Sherman Place where we enjoyed a show!
