"Spacious & clean with plenty of places to stay. It was extremely convenient to get to downtown for a high school wrestling tournament. Quiet, clean neighborhood. The 3rd floor bedroom was loud due to the proximity to the interstate. The grill was not operational and the creaky stairs were the only other downsides. Beds were comfortable, plenty of supplies, & kitchen was nicely stocked. Overall a nice stay & well worth the price."

"This is a very well-stocked and comfortable place to stay, and the owner does a fantastic job of communicating and answering questions. My only critique is that it would be nice to have more than one key and fob so that we could leave the building in separate groups without worrying about how to get back in. Also, a remote for the garage door opener would be highly convenient but isn't strictly necessary. "

"So glad we found this place! We needed a place to stay for 9 days between an alumni reunion and a family wedding and hotel prices were prohibitive. This roomy efficiency was perfect for our stay in a great location at a great price that saved us a lot of cash, making the trip possible.
