"I think this may be my first hotel review but this one was well worth taking the time to write about. The service here is outstanding and everyone there goes above and beyond. They are friendly and knowledgeable and really made a difference for our stay. The hotel design is also very elegant and the pool has a very nice view as well. The service all around from the waitresses to front desk and especially to the concierge made this feel better than the four seasons or ritz. "

"The stay was great and close to everything. They gave us a free guest pass for staying for 4 days where you can get free bus rides within Interlaken and discounts. The food was also really good. This is a good hotel if you are planning to make Interlaken your base city."

"I filtered by AC units on Expedia a d this property came up. It was disappointing that during these very hot days, there was no AC. The place felt dirty and no extra sheets or pillows provided. There was only a fitted sheet on beds with a comforter - no flat sheets and not sure how often the comforter/duvet covers were washed. Many of the fitted sheets had tiny holes in them. Just did not feel or look like a luxury rental, particularly since we paid close to $700 a night."

"Hotel has delicious breakfast selections each morning marvelous team all around, rooms very clean , comfortable and surroundings are well kept . We also like proximity to church , train stations , restaurant Taverne in site serving delicious menus with great presentations . Also appreciate having coffee /tea in the atrium after long walks and felt safe walking around town even at late hours of night after visiting Christmas markets . Always a relaxing stay , staffs welcoming and can’t think...

"The room was recently renovated with a lot of space and a large closet/storage option for large luggage. Beautiful Mountain View from room with a large balcony. Lobby a little outdated compared to the rooms. Nice, welcoming bartender at the bar downstairs. "
