"This was our second time staying at 16 Bay View. Our first time was awesome. This time the room was beautiful and clean. The front desk staff and restaurant/bar area and staff were wonderful. Food and drinks were great. The issue we had was with house keeping. We checked in on a Tuesday evening and checked out on Friday morning. "It's a very nice resort. We stayed in a cottage with water view. It was nice but not upgraded at all. Only major problem was we could hear our wall sharing neighbors. Every time they used their microwave we could hear it beep and the door open and close. We did enjoy our stay!"

"Old school motel with a fairly modern re-do. For the money it is a great option. Not a lot of whistles and bells and is on the commercial strip of Brunswick, but for basic accommodations ....well worth the money. I will go back when doing my biz in the area"

"First, this is a drop-dead gorgeous location. Our room had a great view of the bay, and one sunrise in particular was spectacularly orange. The hotel was close to multiple restaurants in Rockport and Camden - this trip was a foodie's dream. The room was large and comfortable, and the staff was friendly. Two (very) minor downsides.
