"Extremely clean room with a very comfortable bed. Great shower, had beautifully scented basic toiletries and luxurious towels!! Above and beyond what you would expect for this level of accommodation! Customer service is also top-notch. Did not partake of the surprisingly well-stocked breakfast offering but iit appeared fresh and inviting.Will return and definitely reccomend! "

"Great hotel"

"Very nice hotel with a great buffet breakfast. Within a half mile walk of U of M hospital and also within half mile walk in the other direction of many great looking restaurants. Comfortable beds and quiet place with nice artwork and many fine touchs. Valet parking is $25 but worth it not to have the hassle of finding parking. Super friendly desk personnel. Keurig coffeemaker in room, but no fridge or michrowave though we didn't miss them. I give it five stars though they had bottles of water for sale in the room for $2.50. Really? Tap water was fine. The desk person said, "it's an older hotel so you may have to wait for hot water" Early departure so we didn't have time for showers, so that wasn't an issue.. Because of the early departure, we DID appreciate that breakfast was open at 7 AM, however. All in all, a very nice place to stay. We would stay there again."

"This hotel is amazing! Both beautiful, accomodating, and as a humanitarian hotel - the pure goodness of staying here with the lovely touches of comfort make this a go-to place! We arrived quite late due to travel issues, so I wish I could enjoy more of it, but I'll be back. The only item of trouble was that there was a car in the lot that the alarm was going off all night. My colleague from the UK didn't get good sleep. I feel as people check in they should take the license plates so it relates to the room...or it should have been towed if it was not meant to be there. Otherwise I almost don't want to tell people how great this hotel it, but it's kinder to share."
