"We have stayed at the KC Grand on many occasions and have never been disappointed. Breakfast was brilliant with everything you could possibly want. The hot bath on our balcony, although worked perfectly was looking a little tired. Our double bed was huge."

"What a great boutique hotel. The perfect place in Koh Chang. The duplex room was great, the ocean view and the balcony were so nice. Small swimming pool but well shaded. The hotel is in the best part of whitesand beach. We were very pleased with how good the restaurant was. "

"Property reopened 3/4 months ago not completely finished (04/2025) food and service excellent! Little traditional treats (refreshing food and drinks) given out by staff is a very nice touch. Fake Beach front sharp stone not enough sand and wood inlays by pool area not that safe, Barefoot not recommended. Music around pool/sunbed area (sub base) a little loud to properly relax. Parking spaces limited. Can hear neighbouring rooms clearly which is not expected at this price/rating of property."

"Paradise Resort was a wonderful place to stay. Our family had several bungalows rented and they were delightful. The staff was excellent - always friendly and helpful. And the breakfast buffet was one of the best I've seen. I enjoyed my stay so much!"

"Beautiful location right on the beach. Clean rooms and extremely helpful staff. They helped me rent a scooter when we checked in and they delivered it within 5 minutes. Location is across the street from a 7-11 and a nice steakhouse and other hotels right nearby that were all fun and the area was very nice. Definitely happy I chose this hotel for my stay...we liked it so much we stayed an extra day to relax and enjoy =)"

"On arrival we had to hunt for a person to check us in. The first impression was walking into a dirty office with a two feet high pile of dirty laundry. Room was ok very hard bed. Breakfast was not wonderful. The staff away not very friendly. Cleaning your room was two water and a roll of toilet paper. Room was never cleaned. Place needs some TLC. "

"Beautiful place on the beach the manager was fantastic and always so kind and willing to help you with anything. They arranged tours very well and travelling to and from the property, my little bungalow in front of the beach was just fabulous. They do have a pool it’s not open yet they’re working on it but it’s a beautiful pool when it’s down it will be fantastic."
