"We arrived in the afternoon to a cold apartment. After making dinner and wondering when heat might go on, we contacted agency by email. We assured them we had not touched thermostat as very strictly directed, but when might we expect heat to go on? We should not have to wear coats in the apt. After 24 hrs, heat went on after a visit from agency, apparently someone forgot to set thermostat to ‘on’ for our 6 day stay. We were told Rome has strict rules around thermostats and how many hours...
