"Great location.5 min walking distance to Colosseum.I was in Rome for 5 days and didn’t have two days cleaning service because of Roman Easter and Birthday of Rome holiday.I didn’t have any clean sheets and towels for two days .I have traveled on holidays and never cleaning service issue befor.But I got charged full price for the room . Other then that again great location "

"Antonio, our host, was wonderful- easy to communicate with and very kind. He helped us in trying to sort out a tour with the Collosseum and was very considerate in letting us leave our luggage at the B&B for a couple ours past the check out time when our tour went late our last morning. The kitchen/ common area was lovely- well-stocked with both breakfast pastries and jam etc, in addition to a kettle/ coffee machine and all the supplemental plates and mugs. "Great place to stay for a family. 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, pull out couch, kitchen, wash machine. No dryer, but racks to hang up to dry clothes. Great location about a 10-15 minute walk to Colosseum. Nice restaurants to walk to all around. Staff communicated well and was helpful. "

"Room is lovely and comfortable but above a cafe/restaurant which plays loud music till nearly midnight on some nights. Significant traffic noise from the cobbled street too"
