This old house was a great stay! Very close to the downtown area where my daughter was playing in a volleyball tournament. The house was clean and the 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms were great for having family (Aunts/Grandparents/siblings) stay with us during the 4 day tournament. We made breakfast daily in the stocked kitchen and sat around the nice dining room table to spend time together. We watched a movie together on the living rooms comfy couches. The beds were very comfortable (MUCH better than a hotel mattress) and the mattresses were the right balance of support and softness. I was initially worried about the neighborhood but it was fine, no issues. The house is directly on the busy road that goes into the downtown area so it was fast and easy to get to where we needed. There was enough parking on the property by the garage for 3 cars and more on the street if we would’ve needed it. The heat didn’t kick in one morning and Mark was at the house within 10 minutes to figure out what was going on (the thermostat needed a new battery) and we were back in business! He was kind and nice and we enjoyed meeting him and chatting with him. We did laundry while there, the washer and dryer were in the basement and worked great. Bathroom showers had nice water pressure and the bathrooms were updated and nice. It’s an old house with character, which I loved. It reminded me of my Grandma’s house with creaky floors, but it was solid and warm and cozy. We would stay here again :)
