This issue has been addressed before. This employee is in her mid 40’s, dark short hair brown skin. Now that tells that the management never takes action on teaching this lady a proper education on customer service. She’s the face of the company to prove better customer service to all customers that comes in the door. Heck I’ll be willing to sacrifice 8-hrs to teach this lady what it takes to be a great customer service professional. But Billy or Bobby whatever her name is gotta go."
