"This is a great little property that served as a perfect home base for a guys weekend set around an Iowa football game. The garage and grill were definite pluses. We will definitely consider using this property again for another similar outing in the future. The host was great to work with!"

"We hadn’t seen our daughter and grandkids in 3 yrs. We brought our 3 yo grandson that hadn’t met his aunt or 2 cousins till this trip. We grilled and went swimming and just had a good family get together. The one tv could of used some external speakers. It had to be load to hear. It could of used another tv for kids. Stay overall was very good!"

"A fantastic stay in this 3 level home. It was quiet and close to both Iowa City and North Liberty, where we had family. The biggest hit was the ping pong table. More than enough space for 6 people and so comfortable. The owners made it super easy to check in and were available for anything we needed. Would definitely stay here again!"

"We used the property for a girls weekend and absolutely loved it. The house is old with cute old-fashioned features like pocket doors, decorative wood posts, and embossed windows. The kitchen space is very modern, however. The beds were very comfy and the upstairs bathroom was very nice. We loved all of the seating around the firepit in the back. We felt very safe in the neighborhood - it's full of other cute old houses that are very nicely maintained. I can't think of any suggestions to...
