The rooster will wake you early though if you are a late sleeper! The livestock guardian dog is the ultimate smiling greeter and such a sweetheart!...

"The host Daphne is asking me for 400. For a step on the stairway that was already broken. It was already broken and merely pushed back into place, presenting a fall hazard for me and my small grandchildren!!! My daughter fell down the stairs as soon as we walked into the house.
