"This hotel is amazing! The beachfront location is unbeatable and I loved how private it is even though it’s right on the beach. Service, food and drinks were great! Room was spectacular…looked exactly like the photos. I only wish the hotel staff would’ve warned me about how long it takes to get out of Customs at the airport. It took us almost 3 hours…would’ve taken an earlier flight if i had gotten a heads up about the situation. "

The hotel itself is spotless, well-organized, and beautifully designed, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The restaurant was a true highlight of our experience. Every dish was homemade with high-quality, fresh ingredients, and the flavors were simply outstanding. The fish, in particular, was fantastic! Restaurant servers Eduardo, Anthony, Omar, and Eliot were fantastic! Although we didn’t get a chance to try the diving center this time, we’re definitely considering it for our next visit. Overall, everything about our stay exceeded our expectations, and we can’t wait to return! Highly recommended!"

"We had a wonderful stay at this lovely little resort. The owners Talia and Antonio, as well as all the staff, were so friendly, attentive and accommodating. We loved the peaceful little beach and being able to snorkel right off of the dock. Our cabana was cute and comfortable and had everything we needed to relax and enjoy our stay. The food served in the restaurant was also delicious! We took colectivos to easily get into town, which is about a 10 minute drive. We had a perfect trip and highly recommend Puerta Azul to anyone looking for a small, boutique experience in a quiet and peaceful setting, with easy access to all that west Roatan has to offer."
