"Francis is a such warm and thoughtful host. He greeted us with a complimentary pick up (and drop off) at the ferry and made sure we had a wonderful time. This is the only belizean owned waterfront property on the island, and I highly recommend this lovely hidden gem. "

"This house was beautiful!!! We had access to the whole house which included two kitchens , six bedrooms and several bathrooms. Our communication with the owner Ed and his property manager Iris was super easy. They assisted us with our airline shuttle from BZE via Maya Air as well as our golf cart rental and taxi to and from the Ambergris Caye Airport to the house.The location of this house is south of San Pedro, approximately 4 miles or 19 minutes with the golf cart. "Place was nice, it is a little ways out of town but there is a grocery store not to far and plenty of restaurants 5-10 mins away by golf cart. Beautiful view for sunrise and in general. The shared pool was great but we were the only ones there for most of our week. Dock was nice for drop off and pick up for water taxi and snorkeling. I would definitely consider staying here if we come back. "

"We stayed here to enjoy fly fishing & snorkeling and despite the windy conditions making it tough to cast, we were not disappointed. Our son caught the trifecta of saltwater fish (bone fish, permit & tarpon). You can wade & fish the ocean side or even cast from multiple docks along the seawall despite. "We had a large group and enjoyed two weeks at this location - enjoyed having a private pool, lots of glasses for our drinks, and plenty of towels. Very clean - and the host and owners were friendly and accommodating to help us enjoy our time to the fullest while there. We recommend this location!"

Las Terrazas Resort and Residences Ambergris

"Overall the property ia beautiful, and the staff were great! The lunch and dinner food was not on par, bot cooked well or prepared for a higher end resort. Breakfast was great, and spa was pretty good. I got a deep tissue massage and it was anything but. "

"IT IS A BUMPY 35-40 GOLF CART RIDE TO THE RESORT FROM IN TOWN. BUT HAVING BEEN TO TOWN A FEW TIMES, I REALLY TRULY DID ENJOY THE FACT WE WERE FURTHER AWAY. IT DEPENDS ON WHAT YOU WANT, I LIKE THE FACT THAT AT THE 2 POOLS THERE WAS ALWAYS A CHAIR, AND ON THE BEACH THERE WAS ALWAYS A CHAIR. THERE WERE NO YA HOOS AROUND NO POWER DRINKERS, IT WAS WITHOUT A DOUBT A RELAXING VACATION. IF YOU WANT CHAOS THEN PLEASE STAY CLOSER TO TOWN. ALEC WAS A GREAT BARTENDER AS WAS THE EVER BEAUTIFUL SHEILA! ABSOLUTELY WOULD REVISIT!!"
