I received clear communication in the run up to booking, but different checking in and out times to those on hotels.com!?! "Ideal location for anyone needing to be near the courts or the cathedral and next to the beautiful Elm Hill area of Norwich. The apartment has everything you could need, including a bathroom and an en suite for the main bedroom. Really well equipped kitchen and comfortable beds and sitting room. There are lots of steps between different levels which was not a problem but could be for those who find stairs tricky. It was a perfect place for my work needs and I really hope to be back. "

"First visit to cromer and was not disappointed! The Country Club is a perfect spot. Great communication after booking, easy check in, friendly staff. We had a 2 bedroom two-storey unit, it was excellent and exceeded our expectations. Well presented, spotless, cosy, full facilities - dishwasher, washing machine, comfy beds and nice bedding, an all round pleasant stay and we will be returning. We didn’t use the pool facilities but it looked lovely."
