"Very luxurious hotel. Room was spacious and very clean. The hotel was quite noisy until the early hours of the morning, our window was open though to keep the temperature down, the room was very hot. "

"We love this hotel and stay every time we visit York if possible. We have tried several others and none quite meet the standard of the Malmaison. We always book the Club Deluxe rooms as they are very spacious, with separate sitting area and huge bathrooms with separate bath and shower, and little touches like Ferrero Rocher, water and Nespresso in the rooms. The location is great and the staff are always friendly, helpful and professional. Also to note, the cocktails are outstanding!"
