Our trip was impacted due to the extensive flooding in Florence and they refused to help accommodate us or offer any type of assistance. The people who work here are rude, unhelpful, and simply incompetent. I would strongly advise against booking this stay. I am sure there are many more places in Florence that would be much better. "
