I am 75, i wanted to spend some time in the deep forest but have some limiting mobility factors. This property had the right mix of tall trees, water, and shektered places to sit and enjoy nature with only a short walk. Beautiful home, many large windows so even when I was inside i could enjoy the outside . Absolutly heaven on...

"We had the best time in Brookings! The host was so friendly and so were her pups. Her land was absolutely beautiful and she thought of everything we could possibly need. It was like having a thoughtful neighbor. The house is so quaint with beautiful artistic touches that are all her own. The river is secluded, peaceful, and she provided both floats and kayaks. She also recommended the best spots in town to eat (and there are many). Five stars doesn't cover it. "

"Very cute little cabin! Small and single room but that's what I wanted. Only downside is the detached bathrooms but that's standard for these cabins so it's not a big deal. I accidentally took the towels with me and went to return them the next day, the resort manager was understanding when I texted him and helpful when I got there. Quiet, scenic, pretty, and close to cave junction. "

"This is a lovely and relaxing space. Fully fenced and pet friendly. The house is comfortable and relaxing. The sulfur water felt really great on my skin. Yes it’s smelly, but I knew that going into it and it was not a problem at all for me. Full amenities and private. I really recommend it to anyone looking for a getaway. Short drives to downtown for shopping or dining out. I had a couple of snafu in the beginning with the code getting in but The host responded right away. Communication with her...

"I needed a nice local getaway to work and gather my thoughts. This place was perfect. Quiet with just the sound of the river flowing. Will go back for sure!!"

"Although the owner was good with communication this property is VERY OLD. They did have a fire going when we got there but it really only heats up the area its in. The rest of the house is very cold, and only a couple electric heaters that do not keep up. The beds slept good and the bedding was clean, but the rest of the house (floors, shelves, ect..) where very dirty."

"Clean, cozy and comfortable. Booked the Diggins cabin for a birthday getaway for my husband. We're from Sacramento, CA and like to hike new areas and after a full day of hiking and sightseeing, it was nice to return to a clean and comfy cabin with ac. Will plan another trip and maybe book a tepee next time."
