"We loved everything about this property. Staff were amazing. Shout out to Vin the mixologist at the bar. His expertise on cocktails was next level. If anything could be improved it would be the breakfast buffet. Otherwise would highly recommend this hotel."

"This is a beautiful property with wonderful staff. We had a room overlooking a small canal and about 100 feet from the grand Canal. Air conditioning does not start until June. This means you need to open the windows and they can be noisy. The noise depends on who happens to be boating by the window. Most of the time there was not a lot of noise it was somewhat random. The courtyards two of them were nice. Needless to say Google maps is a must to get around Venice. We would definitely stay at this hotel, if we come back to Venice. Breakfast was wonderful. The staff was wonderful. From the airport, we took a taxi and then walked to the hotel took a while to get used to the streets. To get to the train station the front desk called us a water taxi. This was convenient but expensive. There were many really nice restaurants, nearby reasonably priced and a lot of options. One night we had a bottle of wine and sat on the front patio and enjoyed the view and each other. "

"Lovely classic hotel. Great location opposite water bus stop. 10 mins from St Marco Square by ferry. Friendly staff both at breakfast and for drinks at the bar in the late evening. We felt sorry on the morning of Tuesday 22nd April 2025 for one of the breakfast staff as a german traveller gave her a very hard time about the selection of breads for breakfast. The selection for breakfast was great. Plenty of variety for everyone. Great staff all round."
