"This property was fantastic to stay in! Hostess was incredibly helpful and communicative. The private canal courtyard is beautiful and the main reason I booked this property. Neighborhood was cute and quiet. The closest restaurant, Al Profeta was amazing! The only “downside” was that it was a 20 minute walk to San Marcos Square and the train station. It was very comfortable and the location was further than I anticipated but I found the vaporetto was only a 3 min walk and the Piazza St. Marguerite had all the stores we needed for supplies; plus restaurants. There were a few problems. The owner was unreachable by telephone. He stated in another review that his phone number was on the paperwork--it was not. We emailed him about a stopped up sink and he said a handyman would come the next day and fix...

"We stayed here for 4 nights and it rained half the time but that didn’t stop us from enjoying the sights and tastes of Venice. The apartment is spacious and a comfortable respite and had all the amenities one might need. The views of the canal are beautiful and the location was perfect. The hostess was very accommodating and made check in a breeze which was helpful since our train was greatly delayed. We would definitely recommend this place to other travelers. "

"We had a couple of small issues when we first arrived at the apartment, however they were quickly addressed. Great location with some excellent eateries away from the tourist traps. A locals area which I found gave a better feel for Venice life. The apartment was well equipped and relatively easy to find with Google maps. You do have to navigate a few bridges to get to the accomodation, but that is the same with most of Venice. The owners provide plenty of information to make your trip to Venice...

"Just steps away from Piazza dei Signori, shops, and other attractions, this cute little apartment was just right for my spouse and I as well as a friend. Sharing a bathroom with a non-family member worked out ok as she stayed for only part of the time. Otherwise it would have been a bit too cosy. The flat is clean, secure, and comfortable. It made for a very enjoyable stay in Padova. Communication with the owners was timely and everything worked out great."

There was a choice of pillows which will suit most people. Outside it was good to have both the pool area and a more private area at the rear.
