"The staff were very courteous and attended to requests promptly. They made checking in very pleasant. However, service staff at the breakfast venue were not very friendly and mannerism were a bit "rough"."

"Small room but well designed for comfort living. "

"We had our gift package taken from our room the second day of our stay. Package was placed on top of a sofa-bed, so it would never be mistaken as garbage on the floor! The package was returned by house keeping same day when we asked at the front desk. Not a good feeling at all."

"Butterfly Victoria is great for relaxation after long days in Hong Kong, location was good for me personally, and the staff was really helpful when needed. I happen to love the Butterfly hotels and use them each time I travel to Hong Kong. "

"It is a good location for a great price and rooms are clean with comfy bed and got showers but did not like the disposable towel situation nor the fact that I could not open the door to use the amazing balcony area though (I was on the fifth level) and how the fire alarm is so easily triggered."

They helped me with a lost phone situation and I actually was able to retrieve the phone! I want to thank them and all the staff there at Royal plaza! Thank you so much!
