"It is picturesque location, as i stayed for the businesses purpose i didn't use any facilities so cannot say anything else. Not as clean as it should, some spoons with an old coffee marks on it. Room was cosy, smells ok, i would say the whole place is a bit old, but place not smells old at all, seems staff trying to keep up to the their best there. "Perfect stop off on the way to Cornwall. Within walking distance of Clark’s Shopping Village. Fantastic dinner and breakfast and staff were very friendly. The rooms were comfortable but basic and could do with a refresh but I would stay again due to the other positives. "
