"We were a family of 4,kids 9 and 7. The hotel was amazing! The room was big and spacious with 1 extra rollover bed. Great diversity in breakfast, super helpful staff and service. The kids loved the game room. Location was super great right in the entrance to Fansipan plus shuttle service to/from Sapa center. "I stayed at the Family room (2 bedrooms), ample space for all. We got the mountain view. Fantastic view during clear sky especially in the morning. About 5 mins walk to Moana. We arrived 6am and the staff allowed us to use the washroom to freshen up and leave our luggage at the reception counter. It's safe ya to leave your luggage there.
