"This is an odd hotel that advertises a lot of things it doesn't have. There are no restaurants, no "health club", phones don't work, no 24 hr reception. (the brochure is a very entertaining read offering free 20 min massages to all guests) They blast ear music at high volume from 8 am to 11pm in the lobby which can be heard all over the hotel. "The property is not walking distance to Castro as described. This should be removed from the description as you need a car to to anywhere. It has lovely views but for the price lacks the higher end facilities that we would expect e.g. the kitchen had many appliances but most were old and could do with replacing. There was ample linen though the towels were not very hard. Outside the small pool had only 2 sun beds both of which had seen better days. For a 4 bed villa 2 beds were not sufficient...

"Lovely hotel and good value off season as limited facilities available. It was great as it was nice and quiet. Beautiful sea views and location. Everywhere was spotlessly clean. "We just finished up 1.5 weeks here, this was our first trip to Puglia. I picked this location based off outdoor view photos alone and was not disappointed! The town of Castro is lovely, very active in the evenings, all noise and happenings in the historic center can be heard from the apartment but we thoroughly enjoyed the music, events and even fireworks nearby.
