When I arrived, I noticed some kind of error was made in my personnal booking (probably on my end) and I ended up with a 2-story suite way too big and for my needs and budget. The hotel was solidly booked, no changes were possible. The staff took the time to explain the situation to the manager and they ended up reducing the price by a lot. They absolutely weren't obligated to do that, I was stuck and needed the room. I was amazed by the humanity and helpfullness shown by the 2 young girls at the front desk. "

"The location was great and the property was excellent, we got the room with 3 beds and sofa bed, it has kitchen and we used the bbq grill, we did try the wood fire place and did smores, we used the free bus too, we didn’t have time to use the outside pool, we will be back for sure."
