"We had only one night booked for Banff, and were going to head to Jasper for 3 nights. Then the wildfires hit and we had to make alternate plans. In order to get all of our nights rebooked we fount this place. The room was nice, easy parking and within walking distance for us. We had a leaking drain pipe and within hours of our call it was quickly replaced. The staff at the Caribou lodge were also very helpful as that is where you check in and out. "The room was ok but very hot, no screens in the windows and we were on the ground floor so couldn’t leave windows open. The hotel is older and the updates are starting to show their age as well. We had to check in at a neighbouring hotel, but it was relatively easy. We won’t book in with a hotel Vrbo again, would rather stick to private Vrbo homes."
