"The hotel isnt flexible for early check-ins and late check-outs. They charge £20 if you arrive before 3pm for check-in even if its only 30mins before the advertised check-in time. Same applies for check-out which is 11:00am."

"Lovely spacious room, where we could open the window for once ! Well equipped room, with nice complementary features, and got a great night's sleep. Treated to an excellent breakfast in the morning, and the spa was a real treat."
