"This Hotel is over priced. I booked two nights for standard rooms it cost £79 per night, I paid full amount of two nights. When I checked in the hotel that receptionist show me couple of nice rooms then I selected one of the room then he told me to pay extra €200 tax for one night I shocked. They did not price the room on website or expedia, this is kind of scammed. Then I paid that extra €200 tax. "This is a magical place, cozy and charming, with an excellent restaurant in a “wine cellar” with giant wooden casks and delicious food. We had a perfect day that started with a lovely breakfast, followed by a visit to the farm animals on the property, an hour in the private spa (jacuzzi, steam room and sauna), a wonderful massage, and then a drive through the gorgeous countryside to nearby Montserrat for a hike. What a wonderful place!"

Wonderful and fabulous value

"Absolutely beautiful, friendly and comfortable hotel, astoundingly quiet as it is literally moments from the motorway both to Barcelona itself and Barcelona airport. As a final bonus, despite the fact there is only one floor, it comes complete with a lift which for people with mobility challenges like myself is invaluable. I can’t recommend it highly enough."

Apartment 'Encantador Loft' with Mountain View, Wi-Fi and Air Conditioning

"The apartment was ok, but especially the rugs need a good cleaning. The last renter had not done a very good job cleaning utensils, glasses and dishes so first thing we did was wash everything in the dishwasher. The gas stovetop did not appear to be working, but as we were only there for 2 nights we did not bring this up with the owner, so there is likely a solution to that. The area is ok, a small convenience store and cafe below, and other amenities and cafes, restaurants in easy walking distance."

Private paradise - hop, skip or jump to Barcelona!

Mixed feelings

"We had mixed feelings about our stay. The hosts were very responsive and easy to communicate with, which was appreciated. However, there were several issues that detracted from the experience. We were unable to use the pool until the fourth day due to a salt water imbalance from heavy rains, but the thick mildew on the pool’s sides suggested a lack of maintenance. On arrival, the power was off, and there was a water leak upstairs, also linked to the rain. Overall, the villa wasn’t as clean as expected, with rubbish around the garden and fussball table. The kitchen oven didn’t work, the small bedroom downstairs was poorly ventilated, and the TV wasn’t a smart TV with limited English channels. Additionally, the 6th bedroom is more of a walk-through room, which should be made clearer. There was no welcome pack or local information, which would have been helpful. The pool is shaded for much of the day, which kept it cooler than we expected, and the whole group was badly affected by mosquito bites despite using plenty of repellent. On a positive note, once we cleaned up, we had a lot of fun with the zip line, fussball table, and garden swing. While we did enjoy some aspects, the villa could greatly benefit from more thorough maintenance and attention to detail."
