"Michaelangelo helped us every step of the way and even went out of his way to help us check in. He was amazing, thank you! The place is extremely clean, beautiful rooms, the beds are very comfortable, and the location is perfect for those who want to be near the downtown area. I highly recommend this stay and do yourself a favor and try the strawberry gelato at Bar Cipriani--you haven't tried a strawberry until you have tried this. Absolutely wonderful stay!!! "

"I thought these were two adjoining apartments for all 9 of us to stay. I was expecting a kitchen we could share and a balcony. Not easily accessible from City Center; we took the 534 bus and then had to get a taxi the rest of the way, 90euros for 2 taxis. Our airport transfer was 120euros for 2 taxis. "The owner went out of her way to make us feel at home and make sure our time in Taormina went smoothly, helping us to arrange taxis and giving us great suggestions for alternative plans when a pre-booked sailing trip was canceled because of the weather. The room was cosy and comfortable. The few small issues with had in the room she immediately resolved for us. It was absolutely silent in the room despite late night festivities at restaurants and bars nearby the neighborhood. "

"Nice room with private bathroom, shared full kitchen and balcony view of the mountains. Very close to historic city centre with good restaurants. Owner was friendly and spoke good English- we liked his restaurant recommendations. Close to main road and easy to find. Parking on street in front. Cold cuts, bread, cheese and 2 jams made by owners wife, plus fruit for breakfast."

"We have just spent the most wonderful holiday in this villa. The owners certainly understand what it means to be a host. Communication before, during and after our stay was perfect: complete but not overly intrusive. The home was clean and elegant. The layout of 4 separate bedrooms and bathrooms gives each room privacy, while the common living areas are conducive to socialising with friends or family. This will forever be remembered by us as a place of joy, beauty and comfort."

"We loved our stay at Villa Etna Mare. The setting is amazing with the most wonderful views of Mount Etna and the coast. The villa is very well equipped with a great outdoor cooking area. The drive up to the villa is quite a drive! but the instructions from Michael meant that you knew exactly where you were and therefore didn't miss any turnings! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it. Michael, the host,was very helpful with any questions we had too about the local area."
