The location is excellent, a short drive to the sea and also close to Taormina and Catania, which was very convenient. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay very much. "Really nice set up. Location is a little out of the way, but then it is an Agriturismo. Located approx 15 minute drive up a very steep and winding road, a little hairy at times!! However the view from the chalets towards Etna is great. The site is set on a hillside so an uphill walk or short drive to breakfast/dinner. The pool was fantastic and Filippo brought regular supplies of chilled water for us at the poolside. Dinner was buffet style with lots of variety and good value at 25euros...

"This place was lovely, right on the slopes of mount Etna. Guiseppe and Louisa were fantastic hosts and were very friendly and helpful. Good set up of our apartment with separate living space to bedroom with lots of room. Only downside was small shower and no AC. On the day we were leaving they were quite happy for us to take our time as room was free for that day so woke up late and after sorting ourselves out we took a tour of the winery. Guiseppe is a 6th gen wine maker who is making wine...

"All I can say this place is amazing. As it was out of season,we were the only couple here and we were looked after like royalty. The room was beautiful ,modern and rustic. Breakfast was wonderful a cooked or continental. We were surrounded by 3000 lemon trees and the whole experience made us feel so special. We didn't have a car and walked from the station and spent our stay walking - which was so easy. Can't wait to return again soon ❤️"

"We loved our stay at Villa Etna Mare. The setting is amazing with the most wonderful views of Mount Etna and the coast. The villa is very well equipped with a great outdoor cooking area. The drive up to the villa is quite a drive! but the instructions from Michael meant that you knew exactly where you were and therefore didn't miss any turnings! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it. Michael, the host,was very helpful with any questions we had too about the local area."

"We have just spent the most wonderful holiday in this villa. The owners certainly understand what it means to be a host. Communication before, during and after our stay was perfect: complete but not overly intrusive. The home was clean and elegant. The layout of 4 separate bedrooms and bathrooms gives each room privacy, while the common living areas are conducive to socialising with friends or family. This will forever be remembered by us as a place of joy, beauty and comfort."
