"The hotel was conveniently located just across Venice Mestre train station. The hotel has a very modern concept, room was really nice, clean & spacious. The bathroom was nice but the only concern we have was that the bathtub was a bit elevated. And to get in & out of it, there’s a risk that you can slide or fall. So we have to be extra careful. Breakfast was excellent, loved it. Staff were very nice. The only thing is we did’nt receive our complimentary bottle of wine which the receptionist said we will get when i reminded her of our VIP Gold Status. But overall we enjoyed our 2 night stay in this hotel. Bus stop was also few steps from the hotel to go to the Grand Canal. We highly recommend this hotel for it’s cleanliness & excellent location. "i loved this hotel. i was upset that i could not have dinner in the main room which was cherrier than the Desco room. I found some of the reception desk people very helpful. Some were kind of grumpy however. The maids were very friendly. So were the workers in the Desco restaurant as well as in the main room at breakfast. "
