"This was the best customer service I've ever had at a hotel; the female night manager helped arrange our parking, carried most of our suitcases, and even helped us buy bus tickets - at the bus stop! While there were a few details, like too much road noise and the tv not working (could care less), the staff's friendliness and helpfulness made it a very enjoyable stay. Would stay again in heartbeat."

"This flat is in a wonderful location, a nice 25 minute walk to the true center of Lugano or a quick bus ride, which you can pick up right down the hill. Flat is super spacious and clean and with incredible views! I would’ve appreciated better quality mattresses/beds, which were fine for a few nights but not much beyond that.
