"I booked this property kind of last minute and in a rush that i did not realize that they requested 48 hour advance notice for the arrival time. There isnt a front desk. When we arrived at the property and went through the doors I knew that i needed to look at the check-in instructions. At that moment, I saw that they needed advance notice. I was able to call the number listed and the host picked up after a few rings. I informed her of our arrival and she said someone would meet us in 15 min....

Check in was a little strange with no one to great us and had we not had the kindest of a stranger and their Internet, we would have been unable to download the message from the app with the owners number on it to gain access to the property. We saw noone for the whole of our stay. Room was OK. Downside is none of the plug holes had plugs. "

We had to sleep 3 people in one bad to get warmed since the temperature in the room was around 16 C. It is very hard to get to by public transport if you are hoping to explore lake como but we were picked up from the station and lent bicycles for our stay which was so helpful and made a really nice addition to our holiday (we definitely felt silly for not researching the transport enough before).
