"Front staff upon check in had top notch customer service! I feel awful for not remembering her name, but I would’ve gave her 10 stars if I could’ve. She saw that we had 3 younger children, and automatically moved us to the bottom floor for convenience. She went above and beyond the required service and even hand delivered a misplaced piece of clothing that we had left behind at the pool. As far as the room, it was spotless clean and big enough for our family of 5. The only spot for improvement is the outside patio furniture, as the glass top for two of the tables were cracked. I’d highly recommend staying here. "
