It was a clean room with parking right outside the door. Free breakfast wasn't great but it was at least something to get going in the morning. Loved that it was close to Blue Spring.

This was a good stay and very convenient to Blue Springs State Park. The room was clean. To be honest for the price I paid I did not expect it to be as nice as it was. It was also very quiet and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was decent. I would stay here again if in the area.

Our room had a terrible smell. The bed literally smelled like urine and body odor. They also charged us $25 for early check in and the room wasn’t actually ready. Our refrigerator was outside in the parking lot.

The room smells like a dirty dog has lived in it. There was a bag of leftover food and ten small milk containers in the fridge. The showerhead didn’t know which way to spray, it had so much hard water build up on it.

I got a non-smoking room on the second floor, It was the cleanest room I have ever gotten in Florida. Usually, a lot of hotels have mold issues in Florida. The bed was OK. The shower was OK for the price. You’re not gonna beat it.
