"This was our 2nd year staying for a month at this wonderful property. Everything is better than described in the listing. You can tell Jill, the owner, and her family vacation here as well because EVERYTHING possible that you need for a short or long stay is provided. Beds are comfy, kitchen is well equipped, we were greeted again with a basket of treats, and all the starting TP, dish soap, laundry soap, garbage bags, etc. that anyone needs. "We have stayed in other Sea Woods homes so we were happy with the updates to this particular property. The patio area was not very usable at the time of our stay do to the anual cataplilar hatch, Overall we otherwise were happy with our stay."

"This place was perfect! Exactly as pictured - even better!! We stayed for a family wedding and could not be happier with the size and layout of the house and the property location in regards to all major attractions in Central Florida! The place was immaculate and well-stocked! The rooms were very comfortable and big - the many bathrooms were so nice. Next door is a gator attraction with a pub and gift shop - highly highly recommend - especially the boat tours!! We would DEFINITELY stay here...

"We loved this property. Clean and well appointed. The bathrooms were particularly gorgeous and the backyard is super dreamy. The water views were stunning through the front windows and we loved the big tables where everyone could sit. Pool area was lovely as well and very clean. No complaints!"

"The place was very clean, decorated like a nice hotel. It is well water so there's a slight smell to the water, but nothing bad. Suggest bringing drinking water. Note: The piano is non-functional (big disappointment to us as we book for the pianos). No grill either, just note that. No TV's in rooms. Each room has it's own bathroom. Overall very nice place."
