They ordered my family a taxi to the Naples airport 3 separate times (due to us changing our minds and flight changes) and were never annoyed or rude about it. They were very professional and polite. Our rooms were clean and spacious. Highly recommend. "

"Steps from the train station, absolutely awesome location. The best looking hotel near the train station. We were on the third floor which gave us an excellent view of mount Vesuvius and the train station. We paid extra for the buffet breakfast, but it was well worth it. The food, the service and the ambiance was first class. "

"The HOTEL itself was wonderful, but the amazing amount of noise from the traffic and the police wailing sirens were crazy!! And that part of town was kind of seedy, dirty .. the sidewalks in front were litter strewn, and you take your life into your own hands crossing the streets!! These two things surprised us. One more thing ... we informed the front desk that we wanted to go to the Royal Palace at Caserta, and did so that next day .. once there we found out the entire place was CLOSED on Tuesdays!! ALWAYS! This WOULD have been GREAT if the staff had informed us of this AHEAD of time, so as to not WASTE an entire morning on trains!! 😡😡 We only were able to salvage our entire day by redirecting our efforts to another place and went to Herculanium!! The hotel, once inside was well kept, the attending service people beyond nice and capable, and breakfast was AMAZING!!"

"A well maintained and pretty hotel, staff is quite friendly and very helpful. It felt luxurious yet it was affordable. Only a 25 minute walk to the center of town, the train and the port. Plenty to do in the area. We enjoyed our stay!"

"This Hotel is really comfortable with a very welcoming warm atmosphere. The hotel manager, Theresa, is so helpful and caring as are all her staff. Teresa can organise anything from pickups to trips. Rooms were lovely as was the service. Breakfast was fantastic with an exceptional choice of continental, English or freshly cooked eggy options. The hotel has a lemon grove to relax in as well as a pool. We had 10 very comfortable days here being cosseted. Very, very sadly, due to me miss booking, we had to move over the road for the next four days - this was a great disappointment as the new hotel was freezing cold without any atmosphere, most of the staff were dour like the manager. The only redeeming feature was the 5th floor sun terrace and its lovely organiser Marieclara, she was lovely."

"Great 😃 hotel. It's a great hotel for multiple reasons. It's located almost in front of train station ( Napoli Centrale and Garibaldi train station). Easy to access to everything. The main street is always busy. It's very walkable. We felt safe in the area. The hotel needs some updates , but we don't mind because the location, besides this is a very clean hotel. Excellent price. I definitely recommend it!"
