"We had the good fortune to book 4 nights at this extraordinary property and our only regret is we didn’t stay longer! From communication prior to our arrival to check out process, all was wonderful! The property itself is gorgeous with stunning views, the house has everything one could want or need and then some and the hostess, Tonia, is a gem of a human! Special mention and thanks to Meylin and family who live onsite!! We couldn’t have asked for more and will definitely be back!!"

"The house is spectacular, beautifully designed and maintained. All the spaces have a wonderful indoor/outdoor feel. There are flowers and birds everywhere, and there is a very good view of a huge valley and mountain ridge where birds soar and cattle roam in the distance. Highly recommend!"

A lot of folks wrote comments about the steep road up to the house, which almost turned me off from booking it. The driveway is paved and while steep not an issue at all. Not sure why anyone would mention it. Fantastic place to rent. We will definitely be back. There are three rooms, each with their own queen beds and bathrooms. "

"We loved your home. It had all of the amenities we wanted -- 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a beautiful deck with incredible ocean views and a pool! We were very close to the wonderful Playa Blanca, which we spent every day at. My college-age children loved it and so did my wife and I. We ended every day with a movie on the living room's large screen tv. Olga was available whenever we had a question. We highly recommend this house!"

"We stayed in Casa Veraneras for one month in February 2025. We enjoyed our stay. The house is comfortable, open and airy inside. It is also very well maintained. The kitchen is well equipped for any cooking needs. Having a gas stove and gas bbq was a bonus. The location is incredible. The vistas are beautiful. Piet, the property manager, made the check-in and check-out process easy and seamless. Thank you for a lovely stay."

"This gorgeous condo is situated in a new development surrounded by native flora and fauna -- quite the juxtaposition of modern architecture and conveniences in a jungle with howler monkeys eating berries from the trees just off the balcony and ant colonies on the move on the ground below. "Property is as described. It's dated but well cared for. The caretaker is great. PLEASE note. Last few kilometers of road are not paved...we had 4x4's was fine. Closest supermarket is a 40 minute - hour drive. Beach isn't the best for swimming but totally remote and private. We loved this place. "

"BUYER BEWARE No hot water and beach is dirty. I contacted Vacasa before confirming reservation to verify had hot water due to previous review. I was told I would have hot water but never did. The pool water was warmer than the shower. The company was notified as soon as we knew there was no hot water. Beach is very dirty due to ships waiting to get into port and dumping garbage while waiting. We did see monkeys and birds which were beautiful. Sorry for the bad review I tried to work with you."

"Never again. We had to leave 2 days early and try to find another place on high season for my party of 8 because of over booking. The service was just terrible. To bad, because the area was great. Dont rent from this place."
