"Clean and lovely hotel "

"Great hotel and staff, if you rent a car - it will be amazing. If not, you may have some difficulty getting rides from city center, but can easily ask a restaurant or store to call a taxi if needed. Fantastic hotelstaff and very clean."

"I arrived at about 3 pm. The hotel was with closed and locked gates. I was sure that it was closed as I didn’t see anyone inside. About 45 minutes later the reception person arrived from home. Apparently, his shift starts at 4 pm. I asked to be upgraded from a very old building to a new one. I had to pay extra for the upgrade. I got a room in the new building which was great. Location however is in a village about 30 km from Parma. I went to dinner in the village at a traditional restaurant which was excellent. I was the only tourist there. If you can deal with a very remote location, a closed reception until 4 pm, and if you get a room in the new building, then this is actually a 5 star experience."

Le stanze erano confortevoli, pulite e silenziose con letti comodi che assicuravano un buon riposo. Il personale è stato estremamente gentile e disponibile, sempre pronto ad assistere con professionalità e cordialità. In conclusione, la colazione eccellente, le stanze confortevoli e il personale fantastico rendono il soggiorno di lavoro molto gradevole. Consiglio vivamente questo hotel."
