"Nothing stands out about this property. It is plain but functional. It is an old commercial building that has been converted into a number of individual rooms, all on the second floor. It is a facility that clearly has been converted and is still in the process of updating and conversion. There is a single, large common room (lobby) on which all the bedrooms face. "Amazing historical location. The service of the room staff and the person helping with our laugage was amazing. The pool area was clean and peaceful. The terrace place offered an excellent midday break. I would probably eat outside the hotel because the restaurant service was a bit slow for my taste, but all in all it was an excellent stay and i would definitely come back again. "

"The Condado Ocean club was a great choice for our 5 night stay. Our king ocean room had an amazing view. The drinks were good (but very pricey). One reason we chose this resort was because it’s adults only and we were looking for a relaxing poolside rest. When we arrived on Sunday, we were worried that wouldn’t be the case. The music was SO loud and lots of very young adults that seemed to be more of a party crowd. But, once we got past the weekend, it was MUCH better. The infinity pool is amazing-just wish it was heated! We hope to come back soon! "

"We stayed in their penthouse location, lot's of amazing views, we had access to 3 balconies, 2 were rooftop. Beds were comfortable, lot's of space to move around, there is NO ELEAVATOR, not a big deal from us, no couches in the living room or microwave in the kitchen, it had a built-in stove top and all the dishes and silverware. There is plenty of food options within walking distance along with a pharmacy and small Bodega, several food trucks and small local bars. You're 1.4 KM walk to Old San juan, just walk it or Taxi it as you WILL soend 30 min just looking for parking. You're also about 10 minutes from a local beach where you can rent chairs, and other beach equipment that's great for families or the typical beach goer. The staff is great at the counter checking in, and communicating if you have a concern or questions about things to do, Our 2nd time staying at this facility and we'll be going back."
