"I would have rated this property a complete five stars, except I went down twice to request a rollaway bed. Second time I went down to request a rollaway bed we were heading to the pool when we got back from the pool there was no rollaway bed but somebody had Gone inside of our room and pulled the couch bed out. I was traveling with two children a boy and a girl that was part of our reservation also. I know how to use a fold-out couch I just did not want our children sleeping in the same bed."
