"Kind staff...clean hitel"

"What a great property. I was in town visiting my daughter after the birth of her son and needed a place to stay. The suites were perfect in every way. It was convenient to grocery stores and restaurants and the highway and her house. It had the right amount of amenities. The room was clean and while stopped. The front desk was extremely nice and helpful. The morning breakfast was perfect. This was my first time staying at a Sonesta suites but it will not be my last."

"Gorgeous and classy hotel, with high end amenities and an impressive mini bar. Great location and close to the airport. Herons, the restaurant in the hotel, was a bonus as well. Food and presentation were superb! For a hotel of this caliber though, I was underwhelmed by the staff. My expectations were high given the price point etc. They didn’t seem as “polished” or friendly as one would expect. Nonetheless, I would definitely stay there again. "
