"I have stayed here 2-3 times before when skiing in Kirkwood/Heavenly, it's affordable and easily accessible, reasonably new/clean and we like the free breakfast. The downside is that this time and the last time I was here the pool/hot tub has been closed "for maintenance" - looking at other reviews it seems to have been closed for at least a year (?!) - borders on false advertising to not let customers know that the pool is not available."

"The hotel is currently being renovated. From what I could see the renovations will be beautiful. My accommodations, though the room was older, were very nice. Very comfortable bed, the bathroom was spacious and the room had a nice separate chair to use. Clean room. My only real issue was that my card key would not open one of the exterior doors. The green light on the key pad would come on but the lock would not disengage. This was very annoying since it was the door closest to my car/room....

"The stay was amazing I was there for a dr appt for my wife who broke her leg. The customer service from employees was amazing he was so kind and inviting. He was very friendly as well as all the staff. They had wheelchair accessible for my wife which was amazing."
