"We’ve stayed twice during the winter and spring seasons and it is a beautiful property and location with great views of the mountains, safe for my kids to run around, and the food is fantastic enough that we don’t feel the need to eat off property. "We never got to stay at the hotel. They called us in the way there and cancelled our weekend due to a ‘ room emergency’. Then we began a nightmare of calls trying to get our refund being bounced between Expedia who told us to call VBRO who would promptly tell us to call Expedia. What a nightmare! I’m still waiting for the hotel GM to return my calls. "

"What a wonderful find. We came to the area to check out the hot springs and do some hiking. We loved this home we felt safe and it was perfect for our dog. The creek in the back yard was great as well. This home is so well acquainted and so stylish. The bedding was so pretty and comfortable. The floors are concrete so I would recommend some slippers. The area is great for walking and close to hiking and Carson hot springs. Make sure to make a reservation to use the springs. "
