"When we arrived at the gate we could not get in.so I phoned the owner who could not speak any English and was unable to communicate with me. I tried to get entry but she would not open the gate or let me in. I had to then go and find another place to stay that night at a lot of extra cost."

"Michaelangelo helped us every step of the way and even went out of his way to help us check in. He was amazing, thank you! The place is extremely clean, beautiful rooms, the beds are very comfortable, and the location is perfect for those who want to be near the downtown area. I highly recommend this stay and do yourself a favor and try the strawberry gelato at Bar Cipriani--you haven't tried a strawberry until you have tried this. Absolutely wonderful stay!!! "

"La Corte dei Limoni is perfectly situated for a stay in Acireale being just off the main square and easy walking distance to all of the major attractions. With a quiet courtyard with lemon trees it made a peaceful base for our stay although the weather didn’t allow for too many opportunities to enjoy the outdoor space. The room was large and well appointed, the hosts very friendly and helpful and the breakfast delicious."

The location is excellent, a short drive to the sea and also close to Taormina and Catania, which was very convenient. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay very much. "The property was extremely well kept and modern. The room included a terrace overlooking the water. The shower was amazing. The bed was very comfortable and the breakfast was good. It was a little cold for us to use the pool but it was beautiful. We enjoyed using the complimentary bikes one afternoon. There’s a nice promenade along the waterfront and we walked down to the central part of the town at night. Staff and owners were very friendly."
