"We chose the Agriturismo San Leonardello based on it's close proximity to so many of the great sites and towns of Sicily. When we arrived we were pleasantly surprised at the location, the privacy, the views, the room and most of all the hospitality of the staff. Saria communicated with us leading up to our arrival to ensure almost our questions were answered, and we knew what to expect. Upon arrival, we learned the family who runs the Agriturismo also offers amazing, home cooked dinners for guests each evening. The food was amazing, from the handmade pasta and sauces to the Limencello produced from lemons grown on the property. We enjoyed the pool, as well as the magnificent views of the sea and Mt. Etna from our room. What truly made the stay special was Lily, the resident dog, who took her job of greeting everyone very seriously. She was a wonderful companion and made everyone feel welcome and special. We highly recommend the Agriturismo San Leonardello for anyone looking for privacy, a quiet stay, great food, amazing Limencello, warm and friendly staff, and close access to sights of Sicily."

"It is exactly what says in the pictures. Room size ok, staff super friendly and helpful, breakfast simple but fresh. Amazing coffee. Location not that great, need a car. All shops around closes at 3 and reopen at 7pm. Safe to walk around."

"Unique stay beautiful hotel staff accommodating nothing too much trouble. Michelin star restaurant food and wine outstanding celebrated local produce. "Loved the view of Mt Etna especially during eruptions! Staff very helpful, breakfast was fine - but go down early if you want the full choice, pool was great. Limited options at pool bar, but plenty of sunbeds (never a towel scramble as you get in some places!) Decent size room and good shower."

"This is a hidden gem of a hotel. The hotel itself is lovely and our bungalow had 2 distinct bedrooms as advertised (not always the case with hotels), a lounge and outside seating area and dining table. As it was at the other end of the complex through the impressive plant nursery, we were provided with our own golf buggy to travel around the hotel grounds, which was an added bonus. The accommodation had its own private plunge pool to complement the hotel pool and the staff were amazingly helpful and friendly. Unfortunately, we didn't get a chance to try the fantastic looking menu at the hotel restaurant, as it too nice for young children but we did have lunch at the pool bar and utilised the room service menu, all of which were great. Breakfast is extensive and served in a beautiful garden. We would have loved to have longer at the hotel. Great views of Etna and there is plenty to see and do in the surrounding area. Located conveniently just 40 mins from Catania airport, we would definitely go back. A real find."
