"The property is very clean and neat. We stayed as a family with kids for 3 days. The fact that this place quite literally sandwiched between Lidl and Carrefour supermarkets was extremely convenient. Right in the front is the metro station, and many tourist attractions including the palace, Plaza de Sol, Plaza Mayor, etc were easily walkable. However, the neighborhood in front of the property was shady looking - ran into large crowd of people smoking weed and abusing substances."

"Location is quite convenient, walking distance to most attractions, restaurants & cafes. Very spacious room with lift (so no worries if you are traveling with large luggage). Apartment comes with a washer & a drying rack. Very clean & nicely maintained room. Our only complaint is that a wrong room was given to us, but should be some error between Expedia / Hotels.com system to hotel’s system. But Limehome was responsive & helped checked. Very much appreciative for their customer service...

"desk staff has no flexibility dealing with credit card payments over the phone, I had phone issues upon reaching Madrid & the desk agent made me come to their office just to complete the payment process, just plain absurd since the office has my credit card info to reserve the unit, the agent could easily have easily processed the payment & give the entry code for the property over the phone, NO need for a subway ride to the office just to be given the entry code, what a hassle!"
