"Location is in a quiet neighborhood less than 2 blocks to the beach. Note that tar is found naturally on beaches in the area. Host provided tar remover. The only item that would make unit better would be air conditioning which is uncommon in this area. We were able to be cool enough to sleep using fans and ceiling fans in the unit to circulate air. "
